There are several components of an accounting contract that require special attention. These are: AND WHILE the Client agrees to appeal and compensate the Accountant as an independent supplier for such services, and the Accountant agrees to provide such services, the Client agrees, in the event of termination of this Accounting Agreement, to make full payment to the Supplier for all services provided prior to cancellation. While the client wishes to use the accountant for accounting services, the supplier reserves the right to control and decide how the accounting services described in this contract are performed and provided. Employees of the supplier are not entitled to the benefit programs that the client offers to employees. The supplier shall be considered at all times as an independent contractor. . . .
